The Sealyham Terrier
Sealyham Terriers are listed as a Vulnerable Native Breed by The Kennel Club due to low registration numbers each year (52 puppies registered in the first half of 2022). They have a wonderful friendly temperament, but don't forget they are Terriers and can have their own minds! They have a double coat and require a lot of time grooming to prevent the undercoat becoming tangled (and to keep them looking their best).

Breed clubs and showing has been a great introduction for us into the breed and we would recommend going along to some shows. It is friendly and welcoming for those that are new to dog showing and we have learned a great deal along the way.
